ABOUT BLUE FOX
Senior-led commercial judgment across borders.
Blue Fox Global Strategy is a boutique international B2B commercial advisory focused on helping companies assess, enter and develop markets, with Brazil as its core market and selective work across Latin America.
How Blue Fox works
Senior-led
Material commercial judgment, evidence interpretation, recommendations and principal client decisions remain with Blue Fox leadership.
Selective
Blue Fox takes on work where it can credibly contribute to the commercial decision or execution requirement.
Evidence-led
Market-entry recommendations should follow the available evidence, uncertainty and economics rather than assume that expansion is always justified.
Execution-aware
Strategy is connected to the customers, channels, partners, procurement and local responsibilities required to make a market route usable.
Analysts, researchers, contractors or support resources may perform bounded support work. Blue Fox is not a large permanent team.
Stronger commercial environments
Blue Fox's work is often most relevant in areas of stronger commercial fit, without being industrial-only:
- Industrial manufacturing
- Machinery and equipment
- Energy
- Infrastructure
- Specialized components
- B2B technology where market-entry friction is material
